Software Development Engineer, Systs., Sr. position avail. at YAHOO INC in Sunnyvale, CA. Work on complex probl. of diverse scope where analysis of sit. or data requires in-depth eval. of factors difficult to define, design, build, implmt., modify, test, debug & deploy SW systs., large-scale infra. platforms & netw. svcs that are the fdn., of multpl. Work with prod., quality engr., UED, Localization team (where applicable), analytics team & SW Engr. in coming up with release plan & workg. twd. the release. Build features. Bachelor’s degree in Comp. Sci., Engr. or rel. tech. field followed by 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate exp. in job offered or a comp.-rel. occ. Position requires: (1) SW Engr. processes, tools, methods, test dev. &/or support; (2) Bus. documentation tools & methodologies; (3) C++/Object-oriented program., large-scale (4) SW archit., netw. & distributed syst., &/or UNIX/NT devlpt., (5) Java/J2EE; (6) SubVersion, Maven, Continuous Integration (7) Devlpt., impl., testing/QA; (8) Algorithm devlpt.; (9) TCP/IP, PHP, REST API; (10) HTML. 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Mon-Fri; $168,210.00 /yr., std. co. benefits.
