As an Environmental Services team member, drive improvements consistent with the Company's Community Values. This will be accomplished by applying knowledge of environmental science and regulation to an education-based environmental management program. Present and develop environmental training for Graniterock People. Applying knowledge of the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and related laws and regulations, develop environmental plans, and other special projects to enhance interaction with the environment. Acquire science-based air, water and other environmental permits. Through professional and effective interaction with regulators, further Graniterock’s reputation as an Environmental Leader. Conduct regular environmental Audits of operations and support operations in achieving Company standards. Function as an effective and contributing member of the Environmental Services Team. Develop and implement procedures/action-plans for science based assessments and operational controls in primarily air pollution abatement. Assist in the resolution of violations or complaint issues. Drive improvement during environmental rule development process with regulatory agencies. Work in alignment with Graniterock Safe Work Practices, Core Purpose, Values and Objectives and support "One Company" principles.
Primary Skills: BS in an Environmental Science major or relevant work experience.Ability to develop and present effective written and oral presentations. Excellent organizational skills and ability to plan multi-phased tasks. Must demonstrate a determined, innovative app
