Woolpert, Inc., a top architectural and engineering design firm, seeks a Project Manager for Site/Civil projects in our Denver, CO office. Ideal candidates must have good business skills to manage schedules, budgets and design processes for development projects. Successful candidate will interface with clients, review agencies and the design team. Experience with the design and development of Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Master Planned community projects is required. Strong people management, business development, proposal development and communication skills are required and applicants should possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
8+ years’ experience
Minimum 4 year degree
Professional License Required
Experience in the Denver market and region is highly desired.
