Sales Engineer - Fasteners - New Jersey

Grow and build relationships with key customers and coordinate sales efforts with sales directors, account team, technology/ applications and internal support resources.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Service and build relationship with existing customer accounts for increased market share.
Develop a sales strategy with sales directors and key account personnel to exceed AOP objectives
Develop customer strategic plans. Participates in strategic planning process providing customer/product needs, product obsolescence requirements and market trends.
Drives and monitors the sales process with the development teams
Contributes viewpoint to aid in decision making.
Plan, propose and conduct price negotiations
Work with key account team to establish sales forecasts.
Work with marketing to collect market and competitor information.
Prepare timely sales reports and presentations as required
Communicate customer sales activities to leaders.
Operates within the boundaries of the Infastech Code of Conduct Guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned and respond to ad-hoc information requests from Infastech Management.
Knowledge, Experience or Behavior Required to Perform Job Well
Knowledge and experience with Blind & Threaded Fasteners and related technologies
Knowledge of large OEM & Distribution Channel Sales a requirement
Proven successful leadership capabilities
Minimum 5 years experience in sales with account experience
Experience with tactical and long term strategic negotiations preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills required
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
CRM tool experience preferable
Ability to work with all levels of organization

Educational & Personal Specifications
Bachelors degree. BSME preferred.
Customer focused and flexibility in supporting requests
Located in Northeastern US, NY Area/NJ Metroplex
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Primary Skills: Knowledge and experience with Blind & Threaded Fasteners and related technologies

Salary: Between 60-70,000 + commission + bonus - negotiatiable
Experience Required: Experienced, 5 years minimum
