Roles & Responsibility:
• Perform design, and analysis of magnetic components for high voltage and or high power systems
• Create and document models for the analysis of the magnetic components
• Create detailed component design, test and manufacturing documentation for magnetic components
• Develop worst case analysis of magnetic components
• Typical tasks -design an isolation transformer, create the design using multiple core materials and topologies
• Perform a performance and cost analysis of the different topologies and provide justification for the selection of a preferred technology
Key Skills:
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics required
• 5-8 years product development experience required
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering principles required
• Knowledge of principles of magnetics and electromagnetics desired
• Experience in magnetic product design and applications preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and desire to work

Salary: Between 80000 - 90000
