Microsoft Corporation seeks a Program Manager II in Redmond, WA: Resp for coordinating prgm dvlpmt of computer SW apps, sys/services, wrkng with dev and prod planning teams. Write funct specs & apply principles & technqs of CS/Engg/Math. Resp. for prod life cycle & owning/contrib to vision & strategy creation for prod/service, design all areas of prod/service, & manage implementation to suppt release. Communicate w/n team/bus groups & customers & partners. Work autonom on SW feature area/component. Understand prod vision to align priorities for SW features/components. Understand cust and/or partner needs to create specs/designs/plans for SW feature areas/projects. Remove obstacles & lead consensus across SW feature areas/projects. 8AM-5PM, Mon-Fri; Std co. benefits. Salary $122,200-$142,200/yr. Reqs MS in CS, Engg, Math, Info Sys, Phys or rel+2 yrs of SW-related, centralized & coordinated program/project mgmt exp and/or exp desgng, dvlpg & releasing SW products/services utilizing C, C++, C#, or another hi-level prog lang. Also reqs ed or exp in: SQL and/or T-SQL; Rptng, coordinating prgm dev of computer SW apps/systems/services from design - product release; manage SW/ business processes for ops, systems, projects, tools, or policies; SDLC; Unit Testing; & Dynamics CRM.
