Wipro Limited seeks multiple Management Consultants (8 openings) to work in East Brunswick, NJ and at unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. The employee must relocate. Regular travel up to 80% within the U.S. as required. Conduct evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Develop client relationships and manage client engagements. Develop and sell innovative value propositions within the product/practice space and drive real, measurable value for clients. Develop, assess, and validate a client's business strategy, including industry and competitive positioning and strategic direction. Develop solutions and services to suit client's business strategy. Develop revenue in existing and new areas. Increase market share with existing accounts and develop new opportunities. Apply understanding of costs and profitability drivers, along with market trends, competition and external environment factors. Use demonstrable experience and expertise to perform client leadership, people leadership, thought leadership, problem solving and communication. Make recommendations to management regarding systems, procedures, or organizational changes through presentations, written reports or other bodies of work. Must have a bachelor's degree (willing to accept foreign education equivalent as well as a three-year foreign bachelor's degree) in: (i) Business or related field; or (ii) Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related technical field plus three (3) years of experience as an IT Professional. Must have experience with/in: (i) information technology assessment and organizational change management (OCM); (ii) business process analysis and engineering; (iii) program management and solution architecture; (iv) requests for proposal (RFP) and requests for information (RFI); and (v) experience in one of the following areas: Finance & Accounting, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Change Management, Human Capital Management, IT/Business Strategy and Transformation.
