Become a member of our technical staff.
You will conduct the technical forensics, software analysis, Radio Frequency (RF) testing and/or exploitation of electronic systems and components in support of mission critical projects.
You will be required to perform electronic systems re-engineering, technical performance analysis, circuit re-engineering, and circuit analysis on a diverse set of electronic systems.
Required Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
Required Skills
General experience: 10+ years
Hands-on experience working in a laboratory environment as an electrical engineer, or RF test engineer.
Hands-on experience with operations and programming of bench RF/DC equipment; such as, a Spectrum analyzer, DC power analyzers, signal generator, function generator, digital millimeters, oscilloscopes and audio analyzers
Experience with writing scripts in two or more of the following: C, C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW, SIMULINK, SDR's (Software defined radio), or Python, in a GNU environment
Knowledge in soldering components and circuit board assembly is an advantage
Practical application in the analysis of wireless communications systems, signal processing and a variety of related electronic items.
Perform detailed analysis of electronic systems to identify malfunction and/or construction specifications .
Operate computer-assisted engineering, design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
Prepare and study technical drawings and specifications of electrical items in accordance with customer standards.
Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and analysis of various electronic items.
Knowledge of circuit boards design, micro-processors, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.
Demonstrated experience with customer relations: strong communication skills and ability to manage customers interactions at engineering levels.
