Title: Electrical Engineer Department: Engineering
Position Summary: This position will participate in product development as part of a multi-disciplined instrumentation group. Activities will include development of new features in current products, pioneering new product concepts, and development of comprehensive product testing and qualification equipment. Close collaboration with a team of other project software and electrical engineers will be necessary including participation in project planning and review activities.
The candidate will be responsible for electrical circuit design including aspects of both digital and analog design. Experience with programmable logic devices a plus. In addition, ongoing technical support throughout the product file cycle is required from initial concept through manufacturing.
Experience: Three plus years
Education/Skills:
• Five year Technical Degree or Advanced Degree
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Digital and analog circuit design
• Familiarity with programmable logic devices
Reports To: Manager/Team Leader

Responsibilities:
• Electrical design support & troubleshooting for existing products.
• Participation in pioneering of new product designs
• Electrical design architecture specification and implementation
• Contributing to hardware testing requirement generation and data interpretation
• Planning and review activities with project team
